The importance of leadership skills means that leadership training should start from the beginning, namely from when personal values ​​are formed. Leadership Training itself can be started when we enter aqil and puberty. Aqil puberty is the phase of life where we are ready mentally and physically to take responsibility for our every action. This is when the burdens of sharia (according to Islam) have been imposed, and the journey of leading self begins. At this stage, we are personally held responsible for what we do.

Self-leadership starts with two main keywords:

After completing self-leadership, the next step is that we are expected to be able to lead other people and teams. At this stage, the two key words at the beginning reappear with more burdens or obligations and heavier responsibilities. Not only are we responsible for our own actions, we also have to be able to take responsibility for what our team members do.
